Rena Wu

President 2023-24
psychobiology, B.S. 2025

Rena is a 3rd year Psychobiology major from Torrance, CA. She is thankful for the wonderful people that she has met through CDO: each individual shares an unwavering passion towards providing quality health care and being a role model within their community. Outside of her interests in dentistry, Rena stays active on campus through dancing with Nikkei Student Union (NSU) Modern and volunteering with Mentorship. In her free time, Rena enjoys driving down to the beach, solving jigsaw puzzles, and singing her heart out at concerts.

Nick Oscarson

Human biology and society, B.S. 2025

Nick is a 3rd year Human Biology & Society major from Bakersfield, California. He enjoys staying active with other organizations on campus such as UCLA SUAT, MDFC, and ACS on campus. Alongside his passion for dentistry, Nick explores another passion by working at the Trevor Project as a crisis counselor. He is excited to spend more time with the CDO family, develop his clinical skills further, and serve the downtown LA community. In his free time, Nick likes to try new brunch places, host paint nights with friends, and binge reality TV shows like Survivor.

Bi Tran

PsychoBiology, B.S. 2024

Bi is a 4th year at UCLA from Irvine, California. He enjoys spending his time running, playing the piano, and just going for walks. He also stays active on campus through mentoring with the Youth Empowerment Program and working as a Peer Learning Facilitator with the Academic Advancement Program. Through Clinical Dental Outreach, he is grateful to have the opportunity to serve his community all while learning more about the dental field with his passionate pre-dental peers.

Kaitlyn Lee

External financial chair 2023-24
Psychobiology, B.S. 2024

Kaitlyn is a 3rd year Psychobiology major from the San Fernando Valley (Calabasas, CA). She’s really excited to join the CDO family so she can be surrounded by people who are as passionate about dentistry and serving underprivileged communities as she is. On campus, she volunteers with Project BRITE and REA. In her free time, she absolutely loves trying new foods, baking, staying active, and doing just about anything that will make her laugh.
